Singing is a whole-body experience, one which facilitates the release of the brain’s feel good chemicals.

I’m pleased to offer once-monthly, complimentary singing sessions via Zoom, focused on Singing for Stress Relief.

Sessions are limited to 10 singers, one (1) song per person; you may sing a cappella (without music), accompany yourself with piano or guitar, or sing with a background track/app.

Participants agree to be supportive of other singers.
